Welcome to the information page on the newly acquired California State Park coastal property which is now part of San Simeon State Park and the San Luis Obispo Coast District. Previously private property, this recent acquisition includes various locations north of San Simeon Creek and west of Highway One.

California State Parks is conducting a series of public meetings designed to obtain community input regarding this coastal property. Several workshops have been scheduled for public comments.
