Joint Agency Project
Lodge and Conference Facility
Pismo State Beach


   Grover Beach − The City of Grover Beach and the California Department of State Parks and Recreation will be accepting comments regarding their mutual intention to issue a Request For Proposals for the planning, development, and operation of a 150-room lodge and conference facility located within Pismo State Beach.

   The lodge and conference facility is an element of the General Plan for Pismo State Beach and the development will be a joint venture between the City and the State. The lodge and conference facility will be located on the north side of West Grand Avenue at 101 West Grand Avenue, Grover Beach, and adjacent to the existing golf course and restaurant concessions within the park.

   Meetings to accept input from the public will be held at 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., Thursday, September 14, 2006, at the Grover Beach City Hall, 154 South 8th Street, Grover Beach, California 93433

   The City of Grover Beach and California State Parks welcomes all visitors. If members of your group have special needs, please contact us in advance to arrange accommodations.
