A prominent feature of the area is Morro Rock, an ecological reserve, and home to the famous Peregrine Falcon

There are 76 campsites located in this park. They are sold by reservation from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. Campsites are sold on a first come first served basis for the rest of the year. Dogs are allowed in the developed campground areas on a leash but not on the beach.
RV's are limited to 24 feet in length and there are no electric or water hookups. There are also no shower facilities at the park. |
Location - Directions
The beach is two miles south of Cayucos on Highway 1. Take the Yerba Buena exit, a short distance north of Morro Bay, 24th Street allows access to the northern part of the beach.
