Habitat Conservation Plan (HCP)
The purpose of this HCP is to describe the measures the CDPR will undertake to avoid, minimize, and mitigate specified visitor and park operations impacts to several listed species.  Consistent with CDPR’s mission, this HCP is designed to accommodate recreational use within the covered parks while protecting and benefiting numerous populations of threatened and endangered species that occur within those parks.
